At Homespotters we have a simple, but thorough, process to help define and capture just what it is that you want.

We want to know more than just the nuts and bolts…..

Finding a house in the right place at the right price is just the starting point. We don’t want your new home to be right, we want it to be perfect.

That means we’ll be asking about how you intend to live:

• Will you be there all year?
• Do you have a family?
• What are your hobbies – marine, golf, equestion etc?
• Will you be travelling to work – transport links?
• Are you looking for investment/revenue potential?

We also want to know what you like. Estate agents ask if you’re looking for houses that are “period” or “modern”. We’ll be wanting more detail - after all, a “period” thatched cottage is very different to a “period” Georgian rectory.

We say give us a challenge – if you know you want quaint features and cosy fireplaces then let us know. Similarly if clean lines and low maintenance are what you’re after then all you have to do is say.
