Fees and Registration
Our fees are dependent on our success – it’s in our interests to find you the home you love!
We will charge you an initial registration fee of £500 for a six month search followed by 1.25% of the eventual purchase price.
Payment is due on exchange of contracts at which point your registration fee will be returned to you.
In order for us to start spotting for you you will need to complete our registration form which includes our terms and conditions.
